Overview

Informatica Cloud Zendesk connector helps you deliver a holistic view of your customers for your Sales and Support teams with a two-way integration between Zendesk ticket data and other cloud and on-premises applications.Zendesk connector is a REST based connector that provides connectivity between the Zendesk, and all the other cloud and on-premises applications supported by Informatica Cloud.Using Zendesk connector, you can read data from Zendesk objects, such as users, tickets, etc.,  transform and load them into the target systems. Likewise, you can also load data into the supported Zendesk objects by reading from disparate source systems. You can use Zendesk objects as sources and targets using Informatica Cloud data synchronization tasks, Mapping and Mapping configuration tasks. When you run a Data Synchronization task or a Mapping configuration task, the Informatica Cloud Secure Agent uses the Zendesk API to perform the specified operation and read data from or write data to the Zendesk objects.

You can also read data from Zendesk, transform the data, and write data to Zendesk.When you run a Data Synchronization task or a Mapping Configuration task, the Secure Agent uses the Zendesk API to read data from and write data to Zendesk.

  • Informatica Cloud Templates are delivered within Informatica Cloud Services per request.
  • Secure Agent can run on Windows or Linux.
  • Requires Subscription to Salesforce.com and Netsuite.
