• Returns the list of approvable documents whose approval state has changed since the last request.
• Send the ID of the most recent requisition your client application has processed, if any, in the request headers. This ID is unnecessary if no requisitions have yet been processed.

• Performs the specified action on the entity. Possible values of action for the entity Task are Approve, Deny and DenyWithResubmit.
